Virtually every candidate who is asked to attend an interview at &Beyond talks to at least four interviewers, drawn from both management and potential colleagues.
Everyone’s opinion counts, ensuring that our hiring process is fair, while maintaining high standards as we grow. We admit that this does take longer, but we believe that it is worth it. If you hire great people and involve them intensively in the hiring process, you get more great people!
Following your interviews, we will need some time to decide if you are suitable for the position. We take hiring new employees very seriously and like to make decisions based on consensus. However, this means that it can take up to two weeks for us to make a final decision about whether we will invite you to join our team. Please be patient with us.
