Flexibility
For your 6-night package rate, you have the choice of using any combination of up to three &Beyond lodges and camps (a minimum of two lodges and camps) within the Okavango Delta. A maximum of three nights can be spent at &Beyond Sandibe Okavango Safari Lodge.
In 2024 & 2025, for your 6-night package rate, you have the choice between helicopter transfers or fixed-wing aircraft flights. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for helicopter transfer requirements.
What are the primary inclusions in this package deal?
Flights and transfers
All flights within Botswana, to and around the Okavango Delta. Flights in 2024 you will have the choice between a helicopter transfer and a fixed-wing aircraft flight. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for helicopter transfer requirements.
Road transfers between airstrips, and lodges and camps.
Accommodation
6-night accommodation any combination of up to three lodges and camps (a minimum of two lodges and camps) within the Okavango Delta: &Beyond Nxabega Okavango Tented Camp; &Beyond Xaranna Okavango Delta Camp, and &Beyond Sandibe Okavango Safari Lodge. A maximum of three nights can be spent at &Beyond Sandibe Okavango Safari Lodge.
Guest services and amenities
Three meals daily, soft drinks, house wines, local brand spirit and beers, teas and coffees, refreshments on game drives, safari activities, and laundry.

Conditions
- Rates are in US Dollars and per person sharing per stay, excluding for family suites or tents which are per family suite or tent per stay.
- 'Fly Me around the Okavango Delta' offer is applicable to &Beyond family suites or tents.
- Minimum of two lodges and camps, and a maximum of three lodges and camps per package.
- A maximum of three nights can be spent at &Beyond Sandibe Okavango Safari Lodge.
- Rates exclude telephone calls, Safari Shop purchases, gratuities, all items of a personal nature, champagne, cognacs, fine wines, premium brand spirits and cigars, and landing fees.
- Single Supplement:
- 11 January to 30 April and 01 November to 20 December: A single supplement is only charged from the third single room per booking
- 01 May to 31 October and 21 December to 10 January: A single supplement applies to all single rooms
- A single supplement will be charged when an adult is sharing with an infant under the age of 6 years
- Child sharing rates and lodge supplement for &Beyond Sandibe Okavango Safari Lodge on request and apply to children between six and 16 years of age. Children aged five years and younger do not qualify for the offer and will be quoted on normal rates.
- Nightly rates are not applicable – please contact us for package rates and full Terms and Conditions.
- This 6-night package may not be combined with other offers or Long-stay rates.
- &Beyond Nxabega Okavango Tented Camp and Xaranna Okavango Delta Camp: Triple room only allows for children under 12 years to share with two adults.
- Upon cancellation or change in travel dates, &Beyond may need to pass on flight cancellation / amendment costs. No credits are permitted for flights not used.
- A group supplement may apply to bookings with more than 12 guests.
- The exact itinerary is dependent on client preference and / or availability.
- Validity periods are as specified above - should a booking fall over two rate periods the rate will change and we reserve the right to re-quote.
- Rates quoted are subject to change without prior warning and subject to increases in bed levies, park fees, fuel, sales tax or VAT, ROE, third-party services or any other circumstances beyond our control in the counties featured in this quote.
- All flights within Botswana, to and around the Okavango Delta:
- A choice between helicopter transfers or fixed-wing aircraft flights
- Helicopter transfers:
- Helicopter transfer are quoted per person one way and based on a minimum of 2 guests
- Only applies to flights between &Beyond lodges in the Okavango Delta, or between Maun and &Beyond Okavango Delta lodges
- Due to limited luggage capacities, luggage is required to be packed in a soft bag weighing a maximum of 20 kg, including hand luggage. No hard suitcases will be allowed
- The maximum number of guests on helicopter scenic flights is four guests
- Helicopter flights require a minimum of 2 guests. Single-guest bookings will be quoted on request as they are likely to be affected by minimum guest requirements.
- Helicopter me to Sandibe Offer*:
- For transfers between Xaranna / Nxabega / Maun and Sandibe, you will receive a complimentary upgrade.
- For transfers from specified third parties and Sandibe, a supplement of USD 100 per person per transfer in 2024 and USD 120 in 2025 is payable for an upgrade.
- A minimum 2 night stay at Sandibe is required.
- Applies to full-paying adult guests only. Children attract a child supplement of USD 65 per transfer in 2024 and USD 85 in 2025 (for third parties this is in addition to the applicable supplement).
- Due to limited luggage capacities, luggage is required to be packed in a soft bag weighing a maximum of 20 kg, including hand luggage. No hard suitcases will be allowed.
- The maximum number of guests on a helicopter flights is 4 guests.
- Helicopter flights require a minimum of 2 guests. Single-guest bookings will be quoted on request as they are likely to be affected by minimum guest requirements.
- Offer may be combined with our existing long-stay, honeymoon and Fly Me offers.
- Helicopter flight needs to be booked by &Beyond
- International or regional flights to/from Maun are excluded from the offer
