There’s nothing quite like that moment of wonder in the African wilderness— Tracking a herd of elephants and finding them drinking at a quiet waterhole or following a leopard through the darkness. With a deep passion for wildlife and travel, I’ve been fortunate to experience many of these extraordinary moments during my 25-year journey with &Beyond. My time as both a specialist safari guide and Travel Planner has given me a strong understanding of what goes into creating smooth, meaningful and unforgettable journeys for our guests.
Where I’ve been
Botswana, Eswatini, Kenya, Lesotho, Mozambique, Namibia, Tanzania, South Africa, Zambia and Zimbabwe. I’ve also had the privilege of working and travelling across Asia, Europe, South America and North America.
What I travel with
My binoculars, a birding guidebook for the region for the region I travel in, comfortable walking shoes, my camera, a hat and sunglasses.
Favourite places
My favourite places include the Northern Serengeti, especially &Beyond Klein’s Camp, for its pristine wilderness and the rare opportunity to explore both on foot and by safari vehicle. The Okavango Delta in Botswana is another highlight—remote, scenic and accessible only by air, with its lily-filled channels, islands, reed beds and sweeping grasslands creating a true visual feast with incredible wildlife.
