Okonjima Luxury Bush Camp sits in a pristine wilderness area between Windhoek and Etosha National Park. Surrounded by bush and mountain views, it offers a comfortable base for exploring one of Namibia’s most important large carnivore conservation landscapes.
The African-themed cottages are warm and earthy, with ochre walls, glass windows, khaki-green canvas and thatched roofs. Each includes a generous bedroom, lounge area, indoor and outdoor dining spaces, and a wood-burning fireplace for cooler evenings.
The main area centres around a large swimming pool overlooking the bush, with a camelthorn-shaped lapa, lounge, fireplaces, dining area and curio shop. Days are shaped by cheetah tracking on foot, leopard tracking, birdwatching and the Bushman Trail, offering a stay that feels both active and deeply connected to place.
