Located a short distance from Etosha National Park, Mushara Lodge is situated on its own private reserve, where a wealth of wildlife and birdlife can be found. Each sumptuous chalet features a spacious ensuite bathroom. Thatched guest areas consist of a small library, dining area, a sitting room with a welcoming fireplace, a bar with an extensive wine cellar and a curio shop. During the summer months, meals are served on the covered terrace. There is an inviting swimming pool surrounded by lush lawns that are frequently visited by kudu.
Guests are treated to superb meals. Continental or English breakfasts are served buffet-style, while lunch and dinner menus are fixed, and accompanied by a choice of excellent South African wines. The main attraction of Mushara is its proximity to Etosha National Park, with its diversity of wildlife. Game drives into the Park can be pre-booked for guests on a fly-in safari. There are two well-marked hiking trails on the Mushara Game Farm, which are ideal for guests wanting to explore their beautiful surroundings.
