&Beyond found me many years ago and reeled me in with her magic. I’ve been a masseuse and yoga instructor, as well hosted guests before designing luxury safaris. I have hot air ballooned over the Serengeti, milked a cow in a Masai village, trekked to see the gorillas in Uganda, watched a cheetah coalition stroll languidly through a dry riverbed in the Timbavati, observed leopard mating, travelled to Cape Town on the renowned Blue Train, and wined and dined in the best of the best hotels and lodges our continent has to offer. I’ve explored India and Nepal, drinking in the diverse spirituality and extraordinary colours of its regions. The magic of nature and her perfect balance has soothed me, filled me with wonder and motivated me to share this with as many people as I can.
Countries visited
I’ve visited Nepal, India, Greece, Zambia, Zimbabwe, England, France, Israel, Egypt, Mozambique, Namibia, Madagascar, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Botswana, Switzerland and spent 24 hours in Amsterdam.

Favourite destinations
My top three destinations are Sossusvlei, Nepal and &Beyond Lake Manyara Tree Lodge. Sossusvlei is a land that time forgot, a moonscape of mystery and power. Nepal’s people are full of smiles and silent spiritual connections. I love Kathmandu, the ‘melting pot of Asia’, the Monkey Temple, trekking in the mountains with villages full of colour, treasures from Tibet and prayer wheels that sing and swirl sending your dreams into the ether. &Beyond Lake Manyara Tree Lodge has two of my favourite things in abundance – elephants and HUGE trees. There is nothing more spectacular than standing under the forest canopy with an elephant striding gracefully below your treetop balcony.
