Half my life has been spent with &Beyond, guiding and crafting journeys across some of Africa’s most iconic landscapes. I live for the shared moments – storms rolling in, rhinos on foot, guests’ first giraffe sightings – that connect us to the wild. Helping travellers learn to “listen” to Africa is my greatest privilege.

Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Zambia, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Namibia, Eswatini, Lesotho, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Switzerland, France and the USA.
What I travel with
Binoculars, camera, diving mask, a good book, no shoes when possible, and my family.
Favourite places
Botswana’s Delta and Kalahari, gorilla trekking in Rwanda, the reefs of Mnemba and Bazaruto, and &Beyond Phinda – where I lived for 21 years.
