My association with &Beyond began in 2000 when I joined the company as one of the directors. Since then, I have had the opportunity to visit almost every lodge and camp in the portfolio. Travel has always inspired me – the adventure of discovering new places, cultures and perspectives; and I value sharing those experiences with guests who are eager to explore the world.
Where I’ve been
Botswana, Kenya, Mozambique, Namibia, Tanzania, Zambia, Zanzibar, Zimbabwe and South Africa. Further afield I have travelled to the USA, UK and Europe, Australia, India, Israel and Thailand.

Favourite places
My first safari at Kichwa Tembo in Kenya’s Masai Mara remains one of my most defining travel experiences. The Masai Mara’s vast landscapes and remarkable wildlife left a lasting impression on me. Africa remains a frontier destination—one that must be experienced to truly appreciate the importance of protecting its wild spaces, wildlife and communities.
