Patience and perseverance always pays off
SAFARI SCRIBBLES
In the northern woodlands of Phinda we followed this pride for as long as we could. After what felt like an hour waiting for them to come out the impenetrable thicket, they walked out and lay down to rest. It was hot but we were patient. When the wildebeest turned the corner and came into view, our hearts raced. After 2 hours of following these lions, would they finally make a kill? Instantly, the lionesses crawled out of sight and made their move while the sub-adults waited. Right place, right time and patience.
