Having worked for over 38 years in the travel industry, Tony lives and breathes travel, and Africa is his speciality. Keeping up to date with the safari scene in Africa has meant regular product trips over the years. A few favourite experiences of his have been canoeing on the Zambezi River in Zimbabwe’s Mana Pools National Park, witnessing the Great Migration in Serengeti National Park, tracking chimpanzees and mountain gorillas in Uganda, game drives through the seven distinct habitats of South Africa’s &Beyond Phinda Private Game Reserve and tiger fishing in Botswana’s Okavango Delta.
Tony’s focus is ensuring the client’s journey is highly personalised, tailored to the individual, and that it will consistently exceed expectations. When to travel to experience the Great Migration, where to stay for the serious bird-watcher, or how to combine destinations to give the best range of wildlife are his mission. “I enjoy travelling to inspiring destinations, trying out new accommodation and witnessing the wilderness and wildlife of Africa, but I get a real kick out of sending clients away and seeing them fall in love with Africa the way I have”.
