With ties to two continents and a degree in languages and translation, it’s perhaps no wonder that Kasia’s ideal job is weaving stories about exotic travel destinations.
Leaving behind her native Poland at the age of five, Kasia grew up among the wide open landscapes of Zambia. School holidays spent in the field with her geologist father gave her a taste for the smell of the bush and for falling asleep beneath dazzling night skies. And so a love affair for the people, places and animals of Africa was born. In 2008 this would eventually see her throw in a career in banking for a true labour of love, working with &Beyond.
Kasia has travelled extensively throughout Africa, Europe, North America and parts of Asia. Some of her favourite places include the mountain slopes of Bhutan, the craggy desert of Arizona, the undulating plains of Tanzania and the golden beaches of Mozambique. She is at her happiest on a game drive vehicle or scuba diving deep beneath the waves.
