The short grass plains of Ndutu – a great place for predator spotting too
It’s the first week of January and the big migration herds are scattered throughout Ndutu and the Southern Serengeti. There are large groups near Naabi Hill and Kusini area. The first calves have been dropped, coming a bit early with the heavy rainfall in December.
The lake at Ndutu is also full of life. If you would like to see this phenomenon – the calving and the rutting males on the open short grass plains of Ndutu in the Southern Serengeti, Tanzania – then contact me now (details in Bio) so that I can plan your journey of a lifetime. If you want to go later in the year or even next year only, I can let you know the best times and most comfortable lodges to stay at, making your holiday even more memorable.
Ever wanted to see the migration from a hot air balloon? I can plan that for you too
