At &Beyond, we strive to deliver extraordinary guest experiences, day in and day out. ‘Fundi’ is the South African word for ‘expert’ and our incredible team of creative and oh-so talented Food Fundis are tasked with the simple goal of delighting guests at each and every meal. The food they lovingly prepare is fresh, natural and locally sourced; it exudes the essence of each destination’s richness, history and soul; it is shared with joy and each meal is indeed a celebration.

And don’t forget that calories don’t count when you’re on holiday, so eat the cake, drink the wine and regret nothing. At &Beyond, we love nothing more than to see our guests live every moment, laugh every day and indulge wherever they can.
