‘Fundi’ is the South African word for ‘expert’ and our incredible team of creative and oh-so talented Food Fundis are tasked with the simple goal of delighting guests at each and every meal. The food they lovingly prepare is fresh, natural and locally sourced; it exudes the essence of each destination’s richness, history and soul; it is shared with joy and each meal is indeed a celebration.
